Photo requirements
Every Preet profile must include at least 6 photos. To help build trust and reduce fake accounts, at least 2 photos must clearly show your face.
- Minimum 6 photos required
- At least 2 clear face photos
- Photos should accurately represent you
- Recent photos are strongly encouraged
Recommended photo setup
The best profiles show different sides of your personality — not just selfies. Here's a simple structure we recommend:
- Clear face photo — natural lighting, no heavy filters
- Another face photo — candid or relaxed
- Full body or lifestyle photo
- Hobby or activity photo
- Social, travel, or aesthetic photo
- Something expressive — your vibe, personality, or interests
What's allowed
Not every photo needs to perfectly show your face. We encourage creative and expressive profiles.
- Mirror selfies
- Travel photos
- Outfit shots
- Pet photos with you included
- Hobby and activity photos
- Artistic or aesthetic photos
- Partial-face or side-profile photos as secondary images
What's not allowed
- No photos of other people pretending to be you
- No AI-generated faces or heavily deceptive edits
- No screenshots, memes, or text-only images
- No celebrity photos
- No explicit nudity or sexual content
- No violent, hateful, or abusive imagery
- No duplicate uploads of the same image
Why face photos matter
Requiring clear face photos helps reduce fake profiles, improves match quality, and creates a more trustworthy community. At the same time, Preet still encourages personality-driven and privacy-conscious profiles.
Verification
Every Preet member completes selfie verification before they can fully access matching features. Accounts that repeatedly violate our authenticity policies may be permanently removed.
Reporting a profile
If a profile appears fake, misleading, or unsafe, tap the three dots on their profile and choose Report. Our trust & safety team reviews reports as quickly as possible.
